So many people are eager to start an extreme weight loss mode: drinking only black coffee for breakfast, eating a tasteless vegetable salad for lunch, and skipping dinner, always feeling that "the less you eat, the faster you lose weight".



       In fact, when the temperature rises in spring, the body's metabolism naturally accelerates, which is the time when energy is needed. Even if you eat a little bit, calories will be firmly stored, and over time, it will become prone to obesity. After returning to a normal diet, it is also easy to rebound. Moreover, long-term dieting can lead to pale complexion, fatigue, menstrual disorders, weakened immunity, and increased susceptibility to colds and allergies during the flu and pollen prone spring season.



       There is no need to be so "desperate" for weight loss in spring. Just maintain a light diet, eat less high-fat and high sugar foods, supplement protein and fresh vegetables in moderation, and combine gentle exercise to gradually lose weight, which is healthier and more sustainable.

Don't engage in retaliatory sports, be careful not to hurt yourself

       Taking advantage of the spring scenery, many girls want to tighten their bodies through exercise, so they start high-intensity exercises such as running, skipping rope, and interval training, hoping to make up for the entire winter's exercise in one go, but often neglect the warm-up phase. ​

       Spending 10 minutes before exercising to move joints and stretch muscles, starting with low-intensity exercises such as slow walking and yoga, gradually increasing the intensity of exercise, can not only avoid sports injuries but also achieve ideal exercise results.

It looks good, but don't forget to keep it warm

       Everyone has heard of the saying 'spring covers and autumn freezes', but faced with the warming weather, many girls still can't help but take off their thick boots early, put on single shoes, and even put on cropped clothes and ankle revealing cropped pants, thinking that the temperature has risen and they shouldn't catch a cold.



       You should know that there is a large temperature difference between morning and evening in spring, and the cold air has not completely dissipated. The skin around the ankles is thin and the blood vessels are abundant, and the abdomen is an important area of the body. Once exposed to a cold, it can easily cause discomfort.        Don't force yourself to look good. A pair of thin short boots or light colored socks can keep your ankles warm; A short top paired with high waisted pants and a high waisted skirt can not only highlight the waistline but also protect the abdomen. It's not too late to wear crop tops and single shoes when the temperature stabilizes and rises.
